We are a Southern hub focused on labor education, community-based training, and popular organizing. Through partnerships with students, worker leaders, and allies, we’re building the infrastructure for a thriving movement rooted in the knowledge, leadership, and power of the working class in the South.

Build Students Leaders

Equipping working-class students — especially Black and immigrant youth — with the skills, history, and hands-on experience to become movement leaders.

Train Worker Organizers

Partnering with worker organizations and unions to provide coaching and customized trainings in leadership, organizing, and workplace rights.

Educate Allies

Sharing labor history and current campaigns with nonprofit allies to build broader support for organizing across the South.
