Labor South anchors current organizing campaigns in Southern labor history, deepens the leadership and organizing skills of young workers, and prioritizes language justice principles in building multi-racial worker unity in the US South. Equipping young workers — especially Black and immigrant youth — with the skills, history, and hands-on experience to become movement leaders.
Train Worker Organizers
Partnering with worker organizations and unions to provide coaching and customized trainings in leadership, organizing, and workplace rights.

Sharing labor history and current campaigns with nonprofit allies to build broader support for organizing across the South.
